The best tea and dim sum house I've been to. The food is delicious and the tea selection is massive. Super calming and cute atmosphere. I try to come here every chance I get and always leave happy. Make a reservation if you want to sit at a tatami table on the weekend since they get very busy, but there are also regular tables available. It's not so bad during the week so reservation isn't needed.
I really wanted to like this place, but we went and waited 1 hour for food. Took us 1 hour and 40 minutes to have 2 orders of dim sum.
Both the shumai and dumplings were overdone. They were not very good either. I have had better store bought.
We asked them to work with us on the bill because of the inconvenience to us the customer. They refused entirely. They were so lacking on staff that we were barely helped but two times.
Overall, the tea experience and the traditional tatami style seating were great. I would just recommend not going here when they are busy.
The tea here is honestly shocking. We tried carrot cake tea with our dim sum and were shocked by the flavor. Absolutely recommend. I am not a huge dim sum fan but this was great and I will absolutely be visiting again. It’s an experience worth having for sure.
Such a wonderful experience, we came 2 years ago and it was just as great this time! Food and tea were amazing! Such sweet people working here, very traditional and calm. Don’t come if you’re in a rush!
We absolutely loved our server, the food and tea experience. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday. We didn’t end up receiving our order of veggie and chicken dumplings / potstickers, and when we told the cashier to remove those items from our check, the owner (or maybe it was the lead manager?) came over and yelled at us at the top of her voice. It truly was the most stressful interaction that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food was amazing but the owner — shouting at us and saying “customers aren’t God,” “Don’t disrespect my business,” and “You’re lying” — was deeply distributing. We begged her to just let us pay the bill, including the items that we never received, so we could leave. Although the food and experience was a delight, the owner conveyed the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. She accused us of lying, and we all left feeling shaken and upset. I feel bad for her staff because we observed her yelling at them when we’d said we hadn’t received our order. While we fortunately were able to leave the dining establishment, those cooks and servers have to work for her. I hope she finds peace because she has a great restaurant, but oh boy, she needs to keep herself in check.
Unique place, so many teas to choose from, tasty homemade dim sum. They're a bit understaffed, we received our food timely and the staff that gave tea service was friendly and knowledgeable.
This place is an absolute gem. And to be honest I'm not quite sure how? I've lived here for 41 years and never knew it was here.
Making date plans for all my friends to come here and enjoy this. What an epic experience.
The tea is fabulous. Our favorite today was December's tea of the month which was Rosemary radiance. We highly recommend it!
The tease for health benefits are absolutely brilliant. I normally buy my own herbs and make my own tease but they have the mixes already premixed.
This truly is a place I would highly recommend. They are so sweet and everything is so good.
Ordered the vegan buns and vegan dumplings a both were absolutely delicious. The teas were premium and the traditional Chinese tea ceremony experience was relaxing and comfortable.
